Our Story
Cheltenham Student Homes is the dedicated student letting branch of Athena Projects. Our journey as student landlords in Cheltenham began as a small family project. Specifically, we started with a simple idea: to offer students a better standard of housing than the typical letting experience.
Fredrik and his family founded the business, and they continue to manage it today. Since then, it has grown from one shared house to a small portfolio of well-maintained, energy-efficient homes. We care for every property as if we lived there ourselves. Ultimately, comfort, safety, and sustainability remain at the heart of every decision.
For us, this is about more than just accommodation. We want to help students feel settled, supported, and completely at home in Cheltenham.
